You can practice dry-land swimming all you want but if you don't hit the water it is a pointless activity (unless, of course, dry-land swimming is your thing...) One of the biggest reasons why Mata Physique's training and healing methods are so effective is because everything that we promote has been tested in practice in real-life events where everything you learn practicing all those runs, swims, hikes, climbes is put to the maximal test in a controlled (or semi-controlled) setting that maximally mimics real-life scenarios. |
